Thank you, everyone, for your enthusiastic response to Adaptation Canada 2020. The conference is now full, but we invite you to join our wait list so you will have the first opportunity to take advantage of any openings.
Wait List & Special Registrations

>IF YOU ARE A SPEAKER and have not yet registered, the system will accept your registration. You must use the speaker registration code sent to you by email. If you have any questions, contact .
>IF YOU ARE APPROVED FOR A BURSARY and have not yet registered, the system will accept your registration. You must use your bursary registration code.
Registration for Adaptation Canada 2020 is $650 (PLUS 5% GST), with options to pay by credit card or cheque (you will be invoiced). You’ll create a registration password, so you can change your details at any time up to February 13.
Your conference registration includes:
- Open and closing plenary sessions with inspiring keynote addresses
- Your choice of over 60 panel and workshop sessions with many knowledgeable presenters, across multiple tracks*
- Welcome Reception (with option to purchase guest tickets)
- Two Networking Lunches
- Opportunity to join a new Adapt Together Network
- Coffee and Refreshments
- Poster Sessions
* There is no advance registration for individual sessions. Given limits on seating in each room, the availability of your first choice of session may vary.

We know the value of small group networking, so dinners are on your own. This is a good opportunity to connect with friends old and new or to go out and explore the city! We’ll be happy to provide recommendations.

Financial assistance is available for Indigenous delegates to attend the conference. There are also a limited number of bursaries to defray conference registration fees and a portion of travel costs for youth, non-profit organizations and low-income attendees.

Our host hotel is wheelchair accessible. If you need assistance with any aspect of your conference attendance, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate.
Cancellations, Refunds and Substitutions
Refunds are available until January 27, 2020 and are subject to a cancellation administration fee of $100 per person. As of January 28, 2020, no refunds will be provided; however, substitutions of attendee can be made until February 13, 2020 (midnight PST).
All cancellations or substitution requests must be made in writing to our conference secretariat .
Substitution must be made at an equal or lesser registration category. No refunds will be issued for substitutions.
